The Teltonika RUT955 goes online / offline - offline / online frequently twice or three times a month. My CCTV system has a DynDNS host and every time the router disconnects and reconnects I lost the NVR external access because the last four numbers of the external IP are changed.

Is there any way to keep my Teltonika router online constantly without status changes?

May i know what is the firmware on the device ? Could you upgrade to the latest ? And check if issue resolves.

What are the signals you are receiving ?

Are you using both the mobile antennas ? It is recommended to use both to get best signals quality.

Please let me know the results once you have upgraded and both the mobile antennas are connected properly .

I did the Firmware upgrade and both the mobile antennas are connected properly with a good gain signal.

Now I'll check if the issue has been sorted out.
