Unable to do a firmware upgrade from server on RUT955

Hi, FOTA is enabled. If I want to check for new firmware version from server I get always the error message "No access to server". Even if I want to upgrade from server while clicking on the upgrade button. Nothing happens. More information on my settings, see below. Kind Regards,Tibbo
