Question

I am troubleshooting a serial - IP connection. It works perfectly then stops a few minutes later. I modify the interface, it works then stops again.

I cannot see any statistics for the RS232 interface in the GUI, what is the command line syntax in the CLI to look at it? Any helpful command would be appreciated as I am new to this box.

Hello,

First of all what configuration are you doing with the RUT955 RS232 feature? How are you connecting things and what are you trying to achieve with the RS232 interface? You can check if there is data coming to RS232 via cat /dev/rs232.
