Hello,

I have a couple of TRB142 units.

And one unit can`t connect to the internet.

In the log i see the following:

Thu Feb 27 22:29:16 2020 daemon.info gsmd[4255]: gsmd[src/gsmd.c:exec_cmd():432]: Modem not found...

Thu Feb 27 22:29:18 2020 daemon.info gsmd[4255]: gsmd[src/gsmd.c:find_modem_vidpid_by_id():540]: Modem not found...

It looks like there is a problem with the modem.

I can`t find a firmware for the modem.

Could you download a troubleshoot file from your TRB142 by navigating WebUI > System > Administration > Troubleshoot and send it to me via private message?
