We have a number of RUT240 devices, all with the same configuration. Most of them work fine.

However, for one of the devices we seem to have trouble getting connected to the internet. The connection keeps dropping. At times it does say Registered(Roaming) and we also see in our SIMcard's backend that the connection is active, however we still cannot connect to the internet.

I have prepared another RUT240 and installed it in this location, and it connected right away. So it does not seem to be a problem of signal strength.

I've taken the device home and tried to reproduce, but here I get a seemingly connection. I am not sure how to troubleshoot this, but I would like to understand what happened as we would like to avoid this happening in the future. Do you have any advice on what this could be? If needed, I can send you the troubleshoot file.

Firmware version is RUT2XX_R_00.01.13.

Hi,

Could you download troubleshoot file from a good device connected to the internet and then download the troubleshoot file from the one that is not working?

Just give them time to load and try to connect before downloading troubleshoots.
