I cannot access my device. I could yesterday.

I can see it on the portal, and generate a webUI access link (https://af65474a69a05125ffa46476584963a9.proxy1-connect.demorms.teltonika-networks.com/)  but I get a 'connection unsuccesful' message

Are all systems functioning?

Thank you

The same issue.

Old working link: https://bc0b1f28f34e16abd2bec1920626bd81.proxy1-connect.rms.teltonika-networks.com

New Link: https://70a489317ad41ed0abda6dd0615f9628.proxy1-connect.demorms.teltonika-networks.com

Note there is "demorms" part instead of "rms". I think there is some environment-related issue.

I don't fully understand why the 'demorms' part is present, but if I use the 'Legacy mode' tick box, it generates a URL which works !
by anonymous
Yes, but only for webUi. Can you do the same for SSH or Remote HTTPS?
by anonymous
If I try to generate access URL's for SSH or https it creates a URL containing 'demorms'  - but I have never used these before, - I have only accessed via the device webUI.

Perhaps I should reboot the device ?

Thanks

I think it will not help, its related to the RMS last release

So is there a fix? do I need a firmware update? - I am still using RUTX_R_00.02.04.3

No, but your firmware is too old. you can update it, the new version contains a lot of bug/issue fixes

Hello,

The issue should be resolved, new RMS links should be generating correctly.

Please attempt to generate new RMS links, and please let me know if there seem to be any more issues.
