Hello,

I connected the TRB140 with USB cable to access the WebGUI.

Following the Wizard and changing very few things in default setup (admin password, datetime and DHCP off)
I can see both sides (LAN / MOBILE) are connected. The Auto APN found the right one and I can see its IP address in status page.

The ethernet socket is connected P2P with a development board that needs internet access. Logging on this board and pinging the TRB140 at 192.168.2.1  the connection looks up.

I can even ping the mobile address (10.1.x.y / 32) but besides that, pinging any other address on the internet gets lost.

The SIM card has been mounted recently on a cheaper wifi router and the internet connection works like a charm. For this reason, I doubt that's an issue with SIM card activation.

What said above has been repeated after a restore factory settings, , but nothing better happened.

Hello,

May i know if you are using the latest firmware if not please update it first and try.

https://wiki.teltonika-networks.com/view/TRB140_Firmware_Downloads

What are the signals on device ?

https://wiki.teltonika-networks.com/view/Mobile_Signal_Strength_Recommendations

Are you using the mobile antenna provided ?

It is recommended to use the antenna .

Have you tried using the custom APN if it works?

Please let me know.

I tried to select manually my operator from the operators list after a scan, but it's the same already found in automatic,  I didn't find a WebUI place where to try setting an APN url until you answered me.

Now I found it, and after setting the APN internet can be reached, thanks

Hello,

For APN settings you can see here:

https://wiki.teltonika-networks.com/view/TRB140_Interfaces#General_Setup:_Mobile

Also you can see RSRP and SINR values are not good.

Try to relocate device where you can get the better strength.

RSRP:

You got :RSRP -108dBm
<= -100 dBm No signal Disconnection

SINR: You got SINR 4.1 dB
0 dB to 13 dB Fair to poor

Thanks.
