Question

I cannot reset the device. I changed a setting (Access Control) in the  router GUI and the update seemed to hang when I saved it. I power cycled the router, and now I can't reach 192.168.1.1

I tried the reset button and the SMS text "passwd restore".   Neither worked.

Any ideas? Do i need a new device?  Oddly enough I can still get a internet connection through the RUT240, but can't change any router settings.

Thanks, I used a Windows 10 computer, set the static IP, disabled wifi, and went through the steps, but still couldn't reach the router, restore, etc

Can still connect to the internet though.

Any other ideas?
