Has anyone got cloudflare working successfully with the TRB140?

I have tried to set it up and it never works. 

I've tried with a API key. password. i have seen fron another post about changing the subdomain to be subdomain@xxxx.com.au but nothing seems to work

this is what i get in the logs:

Have you tried upgrading to the latest ?
