Hi,

RUTX11 reverts to default factory settings after reboot. The changes (SSID change, password, ip change adding a client wi-fi) are accepted and working until the router is disconnected.

I've made sure to create a user default configuration on the system/backup tab.

Regarding the issue, you are having it would be best to try re-flashing the firmware via a bootloader firmware upgrade.
