Hello, 

For this inquiry of yours, it would be best to double-check what frequency bands are your ISP/SIM card provider is using. 

I believe there is two ISP provider available there  Claro and Movistar so it would be best to know what frequency bands they are using for 3G and LTE. If you are able to get the frequency bands they are using you can select the best device model by checking this link: Frequency Bands - Teltonika Networks Wiki (teltonika-networks.com)
