Question

I am new to this forum and hope someone has some advice. Our RUT240 loses its internet connection when hotspot is turned on. Have tried both authentication modes (without Radius and Advertising) with no luck. When hotspot is turned off, it reestablishes its connection. This has me stumped. Any ideas?

May i know if the device is on the latest firmware available .

Also check if the wifi ssid you are using is without encryption and its not being used as a wifi. 

SSID for wifi should be different , you cannot use the same ssid for the wifi and hotspot at the same time.
