Hi,

Does anyone have a similar problem, that modem restarts itself if you move the power plug/connector little-bit? I guess it's too loose from somewhere. Its unusable as small movements make it always restart.

Hi,

It could be that the power plug is shorting somewhere, so before you send it back to the reseller you could try using a different power supply to see if maybe there's an issue in there.

But if it's the same story after changing the power supply - please return it to the reseller.
