Hello,

I have a simple system for remote control via WiFi and internett.

The system works fine via WiFi, but not via internet. I have a static IP address, but the overview page does not show this address but a completely different IP address:

I have entered the static IP address on the mobile page, it shows on the WAN page after restart, but not on the overview page.

Does anyone have an idea of what setting is wrong?

If i understand correct you are unable to get internet access if you are on mobile WAN ? Correct me if i am wrong.

If you are getting a wrong IP address on overview or mobile WAN. Have you tried to keep APN as custom ?

Also in case you are using an older firmware version its best to always us the latest firmware available on our wiki page :

Hello,

Yes, it is about mobile WAN. On the WAN page, the manually entered IP address shows, but on the overview page, a completely different IP number shows.

Latest firmware confirmed.

APN: custom confirmed.

On the SIM card page, it shows QMI, only alternative is NAT even if NAT is disabled.

Hello,

Have you tried the sim card on some other device if it shows the same public IP that is assigned to your sim card by the operator. 

Please check and let me know. 

Also share a troubleshoot file . System>Administration>Troubleshoot.
