The Description field for devices used to contain information like "s/n 110682XXXX, added at 2020-09-08"

Now a lot of devices don't have this field (it is an empty string). The information was lost somehow. A bug or a feature?

Well, the information loss is definitely a bug.

I've changed the serial number on your post. Never post information like this on the forums or anywhere public.

Regarding the issue. Could you try removing the device that has that issue with description from RMS and then register it again?

Maybe it was just a system hook-up, so please check if the issue still persists when you add the new device.

well, that's like a hundred devices. And if it requires that, then better to leave it as it is.
