Hi,  I got a second hand device from Facebook marketplace, and im getting this error when i try and register it for RMS.

  • Device with identical serial number is already registered.

Serial number

Hi,

To fix this issue of yours please private message me a photo of the device facing the information sticker and put a paper next to the device with your forum name on it.

This will work for me as verification that the device belongs to you.

I have same problem...Device is registered.

It's a rut240 device
(I send you a message also with information and my forum name... Hopy you can fix this issue.
