Hi,
We are intensively using a RUTX11 with RMS to access a Remote Desktop. Suddenly today it stopped working. We are still able to reach the device, reboot it and so on. Just when we try to establish a connection via remote desktop (which always works usually) we are getting the error "Failed to initialise ssh connection"
Also, when trying to connect to the webui, we are getting a timeout, but only after the pre-check (if the webui is reachable) is successful.
As I did not find any status page of the rms, could you please let me know if there were any recent changes or known ongoing incidents? Of course, any hint on how to resolve this, is highly appreciated :)
