Is it possible to send alarm SMS, where a trigger for sending sms would be a ModbusTCP register

RUT950 - ModbusTCP Master or Slave

RUT950 defines register change - and send's SMS to a specific Receiver with specific text.

How I could configure RUT 950 to do that?
