I bought a Teltonika 950 recently and have just the latest firmware and it was working great but recently it has been dropping connection from the tower multiple times throughout the day… i use At&T. Is there any sort of changes I can apply to the device? Is anyone else having similar issues? I’m not using a lot of data. I mostly just use it for work/email. I’m not the most tech savvy person. Please help

Hi,

When you're having such issues you can check these things:

1. If your antennas are screwed in tightly and are lifted up.

2. If your signal strength is good enough for the stable connection.

3. Check if the same SIM works fine with other routers.

4. Make sure you're on the latest firmware version of the device.

5. Check with your operator if there's anything abnormal going on from their side.
