Hello,

Is there any way to detect the GPS (GNSS) signal strenght (if souch a metric exists in Teltonika routers).

Is there a possibility of a log that shows when the GPS signal was avaliable and when it was lost? I am having some problems in keeping the signal persistent - it goes on and off randomly. I am suspecting the issue in the antenna but I am not sure (I am using the default antena from the RUT955 package box).

Thank you.

Hi,

Does the antenna have a clear path to reach the satellite ? If you log in through SSH and use "cat /dev/gps" you should get GPRMC & GPGGA signal information. Usually the average signal strength is -150dBW on the surface.

Thank you for the answer.

Are there any specifications for the default GPS antenna that comes in the original Teltonika RUT955 packaging? What is its gain?

Thank you.
