Hello,

I have a TRM250 Modem, and installed it successfully.

My issue: I cannot send USSD command  including "#" special character. When trying, terminal change '#" character with "#013".

For example if I send AT+CUSD=1,*155# command the string is replaced with AT+CUSD=1,*155#013 on execution terminal and I doesn't have any response from modem.

Please  see the screenshot in attached file.

Please need help to send USSD command on  modem.

Regards.

Hello,

Thank you for contacting.

From Quectel forums:

BG96 cannot support USSD.

The reason is that USSD uses 2G CS (Circuit Switched),but the BG96 has no CS domain, only PS (Packet Switch) domain.

Thanks.
