Hello, I have two questions - 1. When I disconnect my RTUX11 and connect it after a couple of days, it very often fails to start working (like now, only Power button is lighting green, after a couple of minutes, it blinks green. What is wrong? The SIM card is still in its position.

2. I have forgotten my login details via web - what shall I do? Do you need my IMEA or Serial number?

Hi,

1. Any other identifications you could tell us about the state of the device after couple of days? Is the WiFi working? What LED's are not working and which still do? Have you updated to the latest firmware?

2. Reset is one of the options you might have to do. Hold the reset button for 5-7 seconds and your router should reset and password will go back to default one. This could be also done through RMS if it's registered there, but if not - reset is your only option.
