New device most of the time says "unable to connect" and if you get connection it drops almost every 1 minute.

Hello,

Could you try to reflash your device via bootloader menu: https://wiki.teltonika-networks.com/view/RUT2xx_Firmware_via_The_Bootloader_Menu

Also, you could try to change WiFi parameters in the Network > Wireless menu.

Try to change channel, mode, country code, transmit power, and security settings.
