Hi,
Based on the pics, your RUT955's LAN address is the same as the wired WAN provider router's IP address. So, both the LAN IP and the default gateway for RUT955 is 192.168.1.1, and that's why it's not working.
In the WebUI for RUT955 , go the Network → LAN page and change the 'IP address' to 192.168.2.1 (for example). Then try again, it should work now.
