Hi there

Getting attached https://community.teltonika-networks.com/?qa=blob&qa_blobid=9935802213676293332 error when sending SMS using the web UI. The SIM Card works in my iPhone.

What could be the issue here? I left all settings as default and my firmware version is FW ver.: RUT2XX_R_00.01.13.1

Hello,

Please upgrade your firmware version to the latest one RUT2XX_R_00.01.14.1. Also, it may be an issue with the phone number format. For example in Lithuania phone number looks like this - +3706XXXXXXX. Could you try to send SMS while using 00 instead of +?

Upgrade Firmware to RUT2XX_R_00.01.14.1. Able to send SMS from the WebUI using just 91778896. But when using the Post action, it takes a long time and the mobile network drops for a while. Error message after more than 5 mins - +CMS ERROR: 500 and the mobile network is back up.

Country Code is 65 and mobile number is 91778896

I sincerely apologize for the late reply. I would like to ask you if you could try to re-flash your firmware via the bootloader menu and check again. Instructions can be found right here: https://wiki.teltonika-networks.com/view/RUT2xx_Firmware_via_The_Bootloader_Menu

If that does not help at all, please send me a private message with a troubleshoot file from your router. You can download troubleshoot file by navigating System > Administration > Troubleshoot.
