Hello,

Wanted to insert a 2nd SIM card, but the SIM 2 card holder of my brand new X11 cannot be removed with the needle, no SIM card in yet.

With SIM1 everything worked well.

Now my question is what do I need to do to fix it.

Hello,

It seems like you received a defective device. I would like to suggest contacting your seller or Teltonika sales manager and send this device for repairs due to the hardware issue.
