Question

Dear all,

I m using the RUTX11 router which was updated to the latest firmware R 00.02.06.1. In the SIM1 slot even there is a SIM  inserted , in the router options it shows that it is not inserted. Having in mind that the router was operational with the exchisting SIM  for a long period of time. After the upgrade the sim is not recognised and only the 3G and 4G  LED indicator is blinding.

Actions that had already been done

1) Reset to factory default

2) Reset to bootloader menu and update firmware again

3) Change SIM slot

(The SIM  checked and it is operational in other RUTX11 router)

Hello,

Regarding the issue, you are having could you send me a copy of the troubleshoot file of the said device. Also just to make sure have you tried inserting the sim card in SIM 2 is it getting detected there?
