RUT230 remote HTTP access on mobile WAN

I can't get remote HTTP access over the mobile WAN. "Enable remote HTTP access" is activated.

Firmware version RUT2XX_R_00.01.13.3

Kernel version 3.18.44

Bootloader version 3.2.2

p.s. Everything works on devices from other manufacturers with this SIM card.

IP-address on device is static 192.168.126.35/16 in LAN. Also SIM-card has public static IP-address.

Also can you confirm with the ISP that the http port you are using is not blocked by the ISP on you IP ?
