Hello everyone, I am using a Rut240 in an industrial zone.

I have the problem that I can't connect to the router (Rut240) if I connect a device more than 3 meters away using WiFi. Said device is not able to connect even with good signal receptivity, i change the antenna for a better one but the same problem is repeated a few more meters.

I am using tablets to connect to the router (Rut240) and they show the error "it is not possible to authenticate the communication"

I imagine that there must be a configuration that is blocking the equipment due to low signal quality ...

Hi,

Please make sure you're updated to the latest firmware version that is available to your device.

If the firmware update didn't help you solve the issue with WiFi range - please return the device to the reseller as faulty.
