hi i have a problem with a rut 360, the modem is cat6 but i don't have carrier aggregation, why?

Hi,

What firmware version are you on?

Could you post some screenshots where it would be clear that you must have CA, but for some reason you don't?

Are the bands set to be automatic?

Have you tried different SIM cards or devices?

tested whit windtre italy sim and tim, asap i give you some screenshot, same problem whit fw 2.61 and 7, the network page say CARRIER AGGREGATION = DUAL, CONNECTED BAND = 3 OR 7 but not toghether
