When Adding a Teltonika to RMS I Receive "Device with Identical MAC Address is already Registered"

I have checked our Portal and confirmed that none exist with the same MAC Address.

Hi,

Please send me the picture of your device facing the sticker with the serial and MAC address so I can make sure it's yours.

After that I will delete the device from the database and you should be able to register without any issues.
