Hello,

I did an update from firmware version RUTX_R_00.02.03.4 to your latest mass production version RUTX_R_00.02.06.1 on a RUTX09 router. After the update the JSON RPC interface does not work anymore. The router does respond to the authenticatio request and sends the session token but all other calls return 6 in the result field. The same problem was found on RUTX11 as well: https://community.teltonika-networks.com/27098/rutx11-json-rpc-does-not-work-after-fw-upgrade

I did a test also with the RUTX_R_00.07.00 (your latest version) but I get the same results.

Have you plan to develop a fix for this bug? If so, do you have any release dates?

Thank you

Hello Ernestas,

thank you for your response. I tried to download the firmware using the link you provided but I can't get it started. The page reports ERR_CONNECTION_ABORTED. Could you please do a check?

Thank you

Hello Ernestas,

do you have any update on this point? The problem with the JSON-RPC interface implies is a serious limitation in our application.

Thank you

Hello,

I can confirm that the problem still persists in TRB1_R_00.07.00. We are using the TRB140.

What can we do to solve the problem? We are really dependent on the JSON RPC for using the TRB140 in our systems.

Thank you very much!

Hello,

please let us know when this issue is fixed!
This is a disaster since downgrading the FW is not possible without loosing the configuration!
