Hi,

We are unable to send SMS, api or web interface, with or without prefix + %2b or 00

Firmware is the latest: RUT2XX_R_00.01.14.1. Same SIM works in TRB255 both ways (API or Web) or in another Mobile phone. Another SIM produces the same error.

Could you please help and fix? Or should we return it to the seller?

Later: if I turn OFF the data connection (set a invalid APN), the SMS is sent (at least during reload), but with a 30-60 seconds timeout. When I turn ON the data connection again, I get +CMS ERROR: 500

Hi,

Could you please reset your device to factory defaults and reflash the 01.14.1 firmware and see if you're able to reproduce the issue?

I’ve already did that many times, including flashing factory firmware then latest firmware, same result…
