Hi, we would like to find mac-addresses of our RUT950

We have several devices on different sites and we would like to add them to RMS now.

Unfortunately we did not note the LAN MAC. However we have IMEI and S/N.

Hi,

I assume you don't have your devices physically with you. In that case, if it's possible, please send me the LAN MAC's of all the devices that you need IMEI or S/N for.

With it, I will also require a copy of a receipt or some kind of document that would confirm that the devices are indeed yours.
