Cannot connect RUT240 to a L2TP VPN server Ubiquiti UDM-Pro

Hi, I have a RUT240 which I am trying to connect as a client to my Ubiquiti UDM-Pro's L2TP VPN server. Unfortunately it does not connect, even though I have entered the server details in the "L2TP" tab, with the correct username, password etc.

The RUT240 has a 4G connection. If I connect my laptop to the RUT240 (windows 10), it is able to connect to the UDM-Pro L2TP VPN server with no problems.

Please could you help me troubleshoot?

Hello.

What version of firmware are you using? If not the latest, I recommend updating the firmware version.
