I have an updated FW Teletonika rut240 device.

It was working well with SMS and networking before the system reset. But now once I down the system reset via SMS.

After the system reset SMS function is not working and neither network.

This device is in a remote location and now I have lost the connection.

I want to check whether the device is working via SMS and why it's not connected to the internet. Please help

May i know if you have tried to send sms command device status

Also if the device is reset to the factory default then the password must be admin01 by default.

Might be you are using the older password . Try to use admin01 as password.

Hello,

As you already mentioned device is not having internet and also not responding through the sms so its best to check the device on the location , as there is no other way .

Its not a good practice to reset the device that is on remote location . Because reset option removes all the configurations.
