i am using RUT955 gateway and FW version: RUT9XX_R_00.06.08.3 In Modbus tcp while adding the register address and parameters in request configuration in that configuration i createa a multiple tags in a single channel and after we connecting to MQTT cloud for the output data its shows only the first tag and other tags are enable but its not showing in cloud. i dont know whether the problem in device or record format. i attached pictures and Please solve the  Problem ASAP. below pictures as per i mentioned

Hello,

For this issue of yours, it's best to check the Modbus Master config if it is able to get values from the configured register. If the Modbus Master is able to do so meaning it's working fine. Now check the Data to Server functionality and check the settings if you didn't misconfigure things. Honestly, the shared images for the configuration are blurred so I cannot further check I will need a copy of the troubleshoot file in this case for me to check more further.

Hello, 

Regarding the issue, you are having it would be best if you try to send the Modbus data locally first to test what format it is sending. 

You can use this software as an HTTP Server: Hercules SETUP utility | HW-group.com

Double-check if it is still sending single lines instead of multiple lines. Also, try changing the record count to All.

hai mellow,

thanks for your feedback. while sending data to the local server its sending multiples line and if we connected with plc its sending single lines only. here i am using MQTT protocol for that what kind of settings i want to do.Please explain that because for me that was the current issues.
