Hello,
I have configured RUT240 to act as NTP client on WAN port and as NTP Server for LAN devices.
I am using standard NTP servers for the RUT240 (0.europe.pool.ntp.org, 1.europe.pool.ntp.org, ...).

If the RUT240 has an Internet connection when it is powered on, it is able to sync the NTP and everything works fine.
However, if I power off the RUT240 with the correct time/date, disable the Internet connection (so RUT240 cannot reach the NTP servers), and reboot it, it comes up with the wrong time/date.

Another issue with NTP is when the Internet connection is provided through the mobile interface. In fact, in that case, when the RUT240 is powered on, it has the wrong time/date. Maybe it is because the mobile connection takes a while to go up and the NTP sync is done previously.

FW version:   RUT2XX_R_00.01.14.1

This is my NTP conf, and I have also tried with the flag "Save time to flash"

Does someone have some hint to solve this issue?

Thanks,
M

Hello,

Thank you for contacting.

Could you please try to re-flash the firmware in bootloader menu ?

Let me know if it works?

Thanks.
