Hi All
When I turned on the router for the first time, I could not access the web at 192.168.1.1
ip adress doesn't even respond.
I tried to reset the modem to factory settings, but it displays it in the bootloader menu and asks to update the firmware.
I tried to update the firmware downloaded from the official site but after the firmware the situation remains the same SN: 1113091353

Hello, 

Regarding this issue of yours could you try reapplying the firmware via bootloader mode just follow the steps in the mentioned link:

Try uploading the RUT240 1.14 firmware and check.
