We are migrating to our new platform at https://community.teltonika.lt. Moving forward, you can continue discussions on this new platform. This current platform will be temporarily maintained for reference purposes.

After upgrading firmware via web-ui the device stopped responding and all three LEDs for signal strength continiously blinks. We've tried reset, factory reset and finally downgraded and have tested several different versions of firmware. No matter what, all three leds blinks. You can access web-ui on latest version, however the page is entirely blank. If I downgrade one step I get a working web-ui, and after putting the sim-card in slot 2 (if I put it in slot 1, it says no sim) I can't get it to connect. Only says disconnected. No settings for APN anywhere, which is probably the issue here. If I downgrade even further back I get a 500-error when loading the web-ui, saying:

/usr/lib/lua/luci/controller/administration.lua:15: attempt to index field 'hwinfo' (a nil value)

I'm starting to think there's a hardware error with it, but I'm hoping for an easier solution.

The board says TRB255_v3.0.

DEVICE NAME

UNKNOW

PRODUCT CODE

UNKNOWNXXXXX

This is how the TRB255 shows itself under STATUS -> SYSTEM. Tried adding it to the RMS and force an upgrade from there, but it refuses as the model is UNKNOW. This is probably also why I don't see any firmware updates in the router itself.

After doing logread after a fresh reboot I found the following:

Thu Feb 27 21:28:25 2020 daemon.info ledman[2032]: [get_builtin_modems:470] error: Unable to retrieve `modems` array!

Thu Feb 27 21:28:25 2020 daemon.info ledman[2032]: [device_tree_init:666] error: Unable to register Mobile SSID leds!

Thu Feb 27 21:28:25 2020 daemon.info ledman[2032]: [device_tree_init:670] error: Unable to register Mobile Generation leds!

Seems there's a hardware error?

However, now atleast I get a mobile connection from it... even though all three LEDs for signal strength still blink.
