I set up my RUTx11 some months ago and have had no issues till now. Over the weekend I suddenly stopped getting any internet access.  Nor could I access the WebUI to work out what was going on.

I've tried turning it off and on again, swapping out the SIM, and resetting the device

My setup uses this and another mobile SIM router (to make a WAN) with load-balancing.

Can anyone help me work out how I can get this working again?

Hi,

Please try resetting your device through bootloader menu: https://wiki.teltonika-networks.com/view/Bootloader_menu#

It will prompt you to upload a firmware upgrade file, after that your device should be flashed.

If this will not help you - please return the device to the reseller as hardware faulty.
