I noticed that the pin persists after the factory reset. This could be an useful feature but not in our case. Places where are our modems installed aren't fully under our control. Someone with manual can do factory reset, read the pin and then use our sim. I would like to have an option to forget the pin after factory reset. Thanks.

Hi,

I would like to ask which device and firmware version you are using? An example screenshot would be helpful where you see your PIN after factory reset. I could forward this to our RnD department to investigate and fix.

Regards.

It's in your wiki and i've tested it by upgrading to the newest fw on TRB245.

The pin was visible in Setup Wizard after first connection. TRB245, fw TRB2_R_00.07.00.

It is not only about visibility, I don't want router to connect our apn at all after factory reset.

System/Setup Wizard/Mobile

Edited: apn is deleted after factory reset

Understandable, the only thing that is saved is PIN. Other settings, including APN are deleted after factory reset (unless you use auto APN)

Do you plan to fix this issue?
