Hello

yesterday the Wi-Fi App ask me to upgrade the firmware of my rut955. I started the upgrade via the app. Unfortunately the rut955 never came up again since then. All lights are on now.   Any idea on how to fix this?

Could you tell me from which firmware version you have updated your firmware and which version is installed currently?

Unfortunate not. The app did not say that when upgrading and now I have no chance to look it up as the router is not accessible anymore.

Unfortunately, you will need to access your router locally to check the current firmware version now. If you have installed the RUT9_R_00.07.00 version, then you will not be able to access your router via the app at this moment.

How will I be able to access the router. Only via LAN?  Which I don’t have at the moment or is there any other possibility?

Thanks. But the route does not show a WiFi network after starting. Any start option (safe mode ) possible to get the WiFi enabled.

You could try to reset your router to factory default settings by holding physical reset button on router for 5-10 seconds.
