The client devices all lose connection to the RUTX12 WiFi networks (both 2.4GHz and 5GHz) after the WAN port of the router is connected to the internet. The WiFi connection can not be re-established after that.

I've tested with the latest firmware as of today. Did factory resets, and re-wrote the firmware a couple of times, but still no luck.

Anyone else experience this issue?

Thank you for contacting.

I have tested it on my side on latest firmware and setup wifi 2.4ghz and 5ghz and then i tried to insert WAN port it worked fine without connection loss.

I would recommend you to try re-flashing the device firmware in bootloader mode .
