Please follow the instructions below to access to the router via browser.

. Push the SIM holder button with the SIM needle.
. Insert your SIM card into the SIM holder and slide it back into the router.
. Attach LTE antennas.
. Connect the power adapter.
. Connect the Ethernet cable (Connect to the LAN port).
. Plug the Ethernet cable to the computer.
. To enter the router's Web interface, type 192.168.1.1 into the URL field of your web browser.
. Change password and then configuration wizzard.
. Go to the STATUS section > NETWORK page.
. Check the Signal Strength indication.
In order to solve this issue, we need you to perform a ping.
Navigate to SYSTEM section > ADMINISTRATION page > DIAGNOSTICS then enter 8.8.8.8 in the Host field, execute a Ping action.
