I am following the instructions for creating TLS certificates on Windows 10 url

I start Easy-rsa from cmd as administrator, when I give the command: ./easyrsa init-pki

It gives me error as if I don't have permissions to access the folder. The process of generating the certificates eventually doesn't work

Which OpenVPN software are you using when you try to generate TLS certificates?

I think you have forgotten to install OpenSSL Utilities, please refer to the image:

oppenssl easy-rsa was installed correctly. However I uninstalled the openvpn suite and installed it again. this is the message it returns to me. I also tried it on another pc always with windows 10 and it always gives me the same message
