when trying to access webUI (192.168.1.1)

I get this message :

500 Internal Server Error

tried to reboot , reset factory and even tried to reflash 00.07.00 firmware from bootloader complicated process
nothing is working.
this all happened suddenly coming back to my home

Please contact your reseller and return the device back, it needs to be sent for repairs.
