Hi there,

I am just playing around with my new RUT240 and I figured out that it sets its own IP-Adress (I changed it from 192.168.1.1 to 192.168.0.1) and the WiFi password back to the default ones after a power loss occured... But the admin password for the Web-UI is still the one I set up...

Is this behaviour normal? I could live with the IP change also I prefer the 192.168.0.1 because of the rest of my network but always using the cryptic default password is not very comfortable...

Has anybody an idea? Maybe I just have to configure sth in the router menu?

Best regards

Hello,

From the first look it looks like the device with the very old FW version which might had an issue with this.

Could you specify the FW version installed on the device ?
