Hello,

For the solution, you are trying to implement. Kindly give me some information on how you configured RUT955 to get the ACREL ADL200 data and may I know what register address is the data stored in the energy meter. Are you configuring it via Modbus Serial Master and sending it to the Anyviz platform via Modbus Data to Server? I need this information to help you more efficiently.

Hello,

Just a quick question are you having a Public IP address via Sim card? Or are you able to reach the sim card IP address via your server? Do you know what port is the software using for data communication? (By default the TCP/IP Modbus port is 502)

Let me know all the details. For the screenshots and configuration, you can send it here via Send Private message just click my name and send a private message.

Yes i have a public IP but I cant access it via browser, its IP given via DHCP by the GSM company, though from the Anyviz site it shows its connected to my device.I have put my configs in you cloud.Let me review the documents you have sent me meanwhile.
Even Using Overip mode on LAN with same subnet gives no results show 0 values on LAN.Thanks i have put my results on you cloud for review.

Hello,

Make sure you have configured the right register number and the data type. Just keep in mind that the Modbus parameter in our device starts from 1 not zero. There are some cases that you need to add +1 in the register number example you are reading the sensor data at register 100 you need to input 101 in the device.

Let me know the results of your testing :)
