Bought an RUTX11 second hand and it appears it is still registered to the previous owner (who I cannot contact). Is it possible to de-register it so I am able to add it to my account? I can provide a photograph of the item showing serial number etc if you need it.

Hi,

Please send a serial number of the device and some proof that you own it to me via private message. I will remove it from the RMS and you will be able to register your device.
